We are a privately owned Angel Investment and Advisory firm.
We are keen to partner with enthusiastic, sincere and dedicated entrepreneurs that are passionate to grow market-leading business by disrupting traditional markets or solving problems or improving efficiency using innovative products or services.
While we only partner with a handful of companies a year, it means we can focus solely on those who we believe really have the right founders, team and drive to succeed.

Our Team
Priyesh Kapadia
Founder
Priyesh is a seasoned entrepreneur, angel investor and business enthusiastic. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He has over 22 years’ experience during which he has handled several audits, advisory and special assignments for various companies in different fields of activities. His clients included companies operating in retail, F&B, real estate, IT, trading, manufacturing and professional services segment.
Priyesh is an active stock market investor and has also invested in some private ventures in India and abroad.
Priyesh worked with international audit and advisory network firm BDO for almost 17 years and has decided to move out and pursue his passion of angel investment and advisory.
He joined BDO UAE in 2002 and was inducted as a partner in 2008. He acted as International Tax Coordinator and International Liaison Partner for the firm for co-ordination within BDO International Network.
He has been part of the core leadership team driving the strategic direction for the firm. During his tenure the firm achieved multifold growth and achieved new milestones.
Prior to joining BDO, Priyesh worked with a reputed firm in Mumbai, India wherein he handled various assignments relating to corporate structuring (including acquisitions and demergers), transfer pricing, direct and indirect taxation, due diligence and internal audits.
Priyesh loves travelling and has visited number of countries across the world for business visits and leisure.
Hemanshu Dhagai
Head of Business Development
Hemanshu is proficient in driving operations encompassing customer relationship management, administration, finalisation of strategic alliances, market analysis, and development & pricing of products based on market/ customer specifications.
He is an impressive communicator with honed interpersonal, team building, negotiation, presentation, convincing and analytical skills.
He has ability to think out of the box and contribute ideas towards achieving operational excellence.
He has over 23 years’ work experience in business development, sales, marketing and operations domain.
Hemanshu gained multicultural experience by travelling to various countries for business and participating in trade fairs and exhibitions.
